It is a true honor and wonderful opportunity to bring my work to you through this web site, it is my hope that you have a great tour. As a working artist, my motivation to produce work, comes from with in. I have always had a deep love for art and have refined my skills as an artist at the Mississippi University for Woman in Columbus, Ms. to better reflect my feelings.

As I look out into the natural world, my gaze meets with the wonderful harmony of earth, trees, and sky. I am particularly motivated by this harmony in nature to reproduce these feelings through interactions of youth/beauty with age and the man-made with nature/natural forms.  I see these interactions as primary to all evolving forms- from the infinite to finite and the sunrise to unseen atoms.

I believe the beauty I see and represent in my work is a gift that I should not take for granted. I must acknowledge and indulge it’s presence in my life and in turn, share it with those who would find pleasure in viewing my work.
